Elevation program

Elevation program

Elevation’s Mission: To take novel pathways aimed at expanding, growing, building, and discovering new ways to learn and develop.

What is Elevation?

A New Approach to Home-School for ASD Learners

At Moore than Behavior, our home-school program is built for learners who don’t fit the traditional mold—and who shouldn’t have to. We offer a supportive, customized blend of education and therapy designed to honor neurodiversity and promote growth.

With the guidance of highly trained developmental therapists, we focus on using each learner’s strengths as a foundation to support areas of need. Through structured routines, individualized programming, and social-emotional learning, we help learners not only build skills—but build confidence.

As we grow together, we learn to accept ourselves, adapt to challenges, and thrive in a space designed for success—both inside and out.

Our Philosophy: There’s Always a Different Way

At Moore than Behavior, we recognize that perfection is not the goal—progress is. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or standardized molds. Instead, we embrace the idea that every learner is unique, and so are the paths they take.

Our approach is guided by the belief that there is always another way forward. We build from each learner’s own goals, strengths, and interests to craft an individualized journey toward growth. This isn’t just about therapy or education—it’s about life.

We take into account every part of the learner’s world:

  • Family dynamics

  • Educational needs

  • Mental and behavioral health

  • Personal ambitions and long-term goals

By aligning support across these areas, we help learners and families move not toward perfection—but toward purpose, empowerment, and lasting progress.

People Who Care

Our program takes place in a structured in-clinic environment, guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a dedicated Lead Instructor, and a team of highly trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

RBTs serve as an essential extension of our program—like a third arm—allowing us to reach further, support more, and respond with agility and strength. Their presence brings stability, consistency, and flexibility to each learner’s experience, helping us adapt in real-time to the learner’s needs while reinforcing the collaborative work done with caregivers.

Together, this team forms a powerful framework of support, ensuring that every element of the learner’s day is purposeful, compassionate, and designed for progress.

Let's Put It Another Way ...

Elevation is more than just a program—it’s a reimagining of education for learners who deserve more than the standard. Designed as an alternative to the general education system, Elevation gives every learner a personalized, guided experience with one goal in mind:
To take them beyond their wildest dreams.

Individualized Learning, Unmatched Support

Each learner in Elevation receives a program that starts with a customized online curriculum, then adapted by our team to meet their specific learning style, pace, and developmental needs. Our Lead Instructors, in collaboration with the Elevation team, build tailored lesson plans that are not only instructional—but meaningful.

  • No one is left behind.

  • No one moves forward until they are ready.

  • Every step is purposeful.

The Individual Development Plan (IDP)

At the heart of Elevation is the Individual Development Plan (IDP)—a living document created for each learner based on:

  • Direct assessments and data collection

  • Observations and progress monitoring

  • Input from families, caregivers, and medical professionals

Each IDP is crafted and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure quality, relevance, and ongoing alignment with the learner’s goals and needs. Our team continuously supervises implementation to ensure fidelity and maximize growth.

An Example Day:

  • 7:30a: our therapists & lead instructor arrives to begin constructing the environment needed for the day.
  • 7:45a: our early drop off begins
  • 8a: All learners are guided through their morning routine by their 1:1 therapist (Each pod will only ever consist of 5 peers to keep things social and manageable at the same time.)
  • 8:20a-10a: Once everyone is prepared, the lead instructor and therapists will start the learning process for the day. (The length of each lesson will vary based upon the specific needs of the learner. Some learner’s may need more or less time on certain topics of skill development. We will let the learner guide us, aiming to keep the learning opportunities both encouraging and fun.)
  • 10a-10:15a: Snack is provided
  • 10:15-11:30a: another block of skill development
  • 11:30a: lunch routine
  • 12p-12:30p: social group/play opportunities
  • 12:30p-2p: skill development extra’s where we focus more on specific development areas that are in need of extra work.
  • 2p-2:30p: free play/social play
  • 2:30p: pick up
